4 new OKK milling machines implemented in the FMS 2 line
12-03-2026 We are proud and happy with our 4 new OKK-HMC-400 machines!
In December 2025, we installed another 4 new OKK machines in our FMS2 line. Demand for our products is high, and with these additional machines, we are once again significantly increasing our capacity. On this automated FMS line (FMS stands for Flexible Manufacturing System), the machines will be able to produce 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By now, all 4 machines are running at full capacity, and we really need that. In this way, we continue to grow and develop further at Van Bilsen.
Certified for ISO 14.001:2015
08-12-2025 To align with societal developments, market demands, and our own vision for the future of environmental policy, Van Bilsen decided in 2024 to pursue ISO 14001:2015 certification.
This certification aligns perfectly with our existing quality management system (ISO9001/IATF 16949:2016), but we faced a specific challenge regarding our knowledge of environmental regulations and legislation.
Van Voorst Consult from Amersfoort provided excellent guidance and advice throughout this process, enabling us to receive the ISO 14001:2015 certificate on December 7, 2025.
With the new AMP line we are taking another great step in our innovation
15-09-2025 Meet our proudly presented AMP line: a fully unmanned factory, operating 24/7. Our new AMP line allows us to produce fully automatically. This puts us at the forefront of the manufacturing industry and allows us to remain cost-competitive with low-wage countries. And all at our own quality level. "Smarter, more efficient, and progressive: that's the future of Van Bilsen."
From insight to impact: our sustainability ambition
30-07-2025 At the Van Bilsen Group, we strive to contribute to a sustainable and inclusive economy. Therefore, with the support of Rabobank's Future Fit team, we prepared our first report under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). By 2024, we had gained clear insight into our current environmental, social, and governance performance. Based on this insight, we formulated four ambitions and actions for 2030 in the following areas:
- A healthy and safe work environment
- Being a good employer
- Circular and energy-efficient practices
- Strong and transparent governance.
A great step forward, with a focus on people, the environment, and the future.
